What we do
We create tiny wedding packages with 15 guests or fewer that include beautiful photography, an officiant, flowers, and more.
Why we do it
Because some people don’t want a huge wedding. If you’re looking for tiny, simple, and beautiful, we’re here for you.
What to do next
Tell us about your date, a little bit about you and what services you’re looking for.

Meet the Team
Why, Hello there!

Charity Parrish
Owner & CEO
Lead Photographer
Gender Pronouns: She, Her, Hers
Hi! I'm Charity, owner, photographer, and creative coordinator of The Elopement Co. I created TEC, because I believe strongly that getting married should be a fun celebration, not a giant, expensive, stressful event. I have 2 dogs, 1 amazing partner, and 9 tattoos (and counting).
I promise if you work with me, you will laugh. A lot. I love hanging out with cool people and helping them to celebrate their love in a really special way. I want to make your lives easier, and I want to make your courthouse or elopement wedding amazing. I can't wait to meet you!
Megan Easterday
Client Coordinator & Planner
Associate Photographer
Gender Pronouns: She, Her, Hers
Hey there! My name is Megan. I like to say that my style of photography resides at the intersection of fine artist and flower child. Although it is important for me to capture the most high-quality, technically correct photograph I can, it also makes my heart sing when I have the opportunity to go with the flow and capture the emotion of the moment. When you work with me, I'll help you feel comfortable as I capture your fancy selves on one of the most special days of your lives!
When I'm not working, I am going on adventures with my husband, Corey, and my sweet doodle-mutt, Stella. Some of our top activities include hiking, traveling to new cities and watching favorite TV shows including The Office, Parks and Rec, Doctor Who and Brooklyn 99.
Emily Maguire
Social Media Coordinator
Gender Pronouns: She, Her, Hers
Hi I’m Em! I am the social media coordinator (and occasional elopement assistant) for The Elopement Co.
I love creating content and interacting with our followers on social media. I think it is an amazing tool for creating community! By the way, if you haven’t – check out our Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest pages!
When I am not working you can find me hiking, traveling, or hanging out at a brewery. I am also very active in the Charlotte community, if you spot me at an event please say hi!
Adrian Parrish
Officiant
Gender Pronouns: He, His, His, They, Their, Theirs
Hi, I'm Adrian. I love working with couples and helping them get started planning their big day. I also love the chances I get to be a part of the big day as an officiant. I love to hear the stories of how you came together and see the look on your face when you take that big step of marriage together.
When I'm not working, I like to write, work on films, and do live shows such as plays, sketches, or storytelling. I love hiking and going on adventures with my best friend--my wife Charity, who just happens to own TEC--and our good friends.
Kristy Yetman
Officiant
Gender Pronouns: She, Her, Hers
Kristy Yetman has been with The Elopement Company for 3 years and after she performed her 50th ceremony, she stopped counting. She believes each ceremony is not just a formality but a memorable and shared experience. She performs ceremonies that are tailored to meet the needs of the couple whether they be faith based, traditional with a touch of modern, or a non-religious style. Kristy is originally from East Coast Canada and has been married for 15 years to her partner, Desmond. She has a dog, a cat, and two clownfish.
Alina Kolberg
Associate Photographer
Gender Pronouns: She, Her, Hers
I’m Alina Kolberg, I’m a photographer who loves to tell a story, capture an emotion, and create feelings. I aim to make photography sessions feel relaxed, natural and comfortable and for my work to be authentic while capturing you in the best possible way. When I’m not shooting, you can find me tending to my 50+ houseplants, creating weavings, or watching historical dramas on Netflix.
Petra O'Sullivan
Associate Photographer
Gender Pronouns: She, Her, Hers
Hi, I'm Petra, your Aussie born and raised photographer, now married to an Irishman and living together in the USA with our 3 kids (human, not goat) and one sassy dog. I'm here as your ghostwriter, storyteller & bard; I thrive on stories and always have! If I'm not reading, watching or listening to someone else's tales, I'm creating my own stories, whether it's through writing, art, or photography (we'll skip over the silly stories I make up for my children, though)! And as your photographer, I'm going to weave your story into pictures, taking all the big moments--and the little in between moments that happen between one breath and the next--to tell the tale that is your life, now.
